OUR TEAM
Jake Roberts founded Abundance Capital in 2019 with the vision of not only providing the very best real estate financing services but also starting a company that brings true abundance into the life of both his clients and associates. With over 17 years of commercial real estate finance experience, first starting at HFF and then as the top financing professional at IPA Capital, Jake has secured commercial debt and equity financing for a variety of property types around the country with total debt and equity originations in excess of $7 billion. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and bridge lenders and has sourced capital on all major asset types. Jake graduated from Texas A&M University.

Michelle leads the processing and closing group of Abundance Capital. With more than 12 years’ experience in commercial real estate finance, she has processed and closed over $5 billion in loans. She has worked on a variety of loan types, including Agency, Commercial Bank, Bridge, Construction, CMBS and Life Insurance financing for deals all over the US covering various product types which include multifamily, retail, office and industrial/warehouse. Having developed a great understanding of every aspect of the loan process from loan application to closing, Michelle is able to bring that understanding into each transaction to help navigate challenges that may arise to ensure a smooth and successful closing for our clients as well as lenders.

With over 3 years of experience as an analyst prior to joining Abundance Capital, Garo is primarily responsible for analyzing commercial real estate property operations and modeling various proforma scenarios to assist the Abundance Capital team in tailoring the best financing products for our clients . Garo also researches and prepares analysis of market trends across the United States. He is a graduate of UCLA and a member of the school’s Real Estate Alumni Group and is fluent in English and Armenian.
